with Laurent Lucas, Clara Choveaux, Thiago Telès, Célia Catalifo and Lou Castel
In Greek mythology Tiresia is at the same time woman and man. In this film Tiresia (Clara Choveaux) is a Brazilian transsexual who begins a life-changing transformation while being held captive by an obsessed man (Laurent Lucas).
Once blinded and left for dead by her disappointed admirer, Tiresia (Thiago Telès) is taken in by a rural family and cared for by a teenaged girl (Célia Catalifo). In physical limbo between man and woman, Tiresia realizes a gift for premonition. Village locals are amazed and moved, but the Church is sceptical and suspicious.
